Service Description
This course is designed for learners who already have a basic foundation in English and want to speak more fluently, naturally, and confidently in longer, more meaningful conversations. Each session focuses on one conversation script built around a real-life topic, but at this level, students go beyond repeating. They personalize the script, respond spontaneously, and participate in extended role-plays and discussions. The goal is to help learners speak in full paragraphs, give opinions, ask follow-up questions, and handle unexpected turns in a conversation. Vocabulary is taught through use, and pronunciation and fluency are refined through guided repetition and instructor feedback. In Each Session, Students Will: Work with a longer, more detailed script (3–4 minutes) Practice pronunciation, pacing, and expression Personalize key parts of the dialogue (name, experience, opinion, etc.) Fill in missing words or phrases to improve recall Participate in an open-ended role-play or short discussion Learn 8–12 new words or expressions in real context Topics Covered Over 24 Sessions: Talking about your background and experiences Describing your daily routine with detail Making and changing appointments Talking about likes, dislikes, and personal preferences Discussing your goals and future plans Giving opinions on everyday topics Talking about your culture and traditions Making polite complaints and requests Giving directions with more complex language Discussing health, exercise, and wellness Talking about work or school responsibilities Handling small talk in professional settings Telling stories about past events Talking about entertainment: movies, music, books Asking for and giving recommendations Comparing places, products, or services Discussing advantages and disadvantages Making decisions in group settings Expressing agreement and disagreement Describing future events and predictions Role-playing social events or phone calls Talking about recent news or trends Explaining steps in a process or routine Final review: extended conversation with feedback
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment All lessons must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson. We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. In the event of an emergency, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of ProEnglishTutors.com. 3. No-Show Policy If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, the session will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 4. Tutor Cancellations In the rare event that a tutor must cancel a lesson, the student will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the session will be issued. 5. Technical Issues Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and functional audio/video equipment. If technical issues arise on the tutor's end, a reschedule will be arranged at no extra cost. 6. Code of Conduct Students must engage respectfully and professionally during lessons. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund. 7. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued in cases where ProEnglishTutors.com is unable to provide the booked service. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.
