Service Description
This advanced course is designed for learners who want to master fluent, natural, and confident English in sophisticated, real-world conversations. Each session focuses on in-depth discussions of engaging adult topics—such as buying a house, negotiating contracts, and debating environmental issues—that frequently come up in social and professional settings. A central feature of the course is intensive vocabulary building. Each session introduces a high-level, topic-specific vocabulary word, and students work extensively with its various word forms (noun, verb, adjective, adverb, etc.) to deepen understanding and flexibility. Vocabulary is taught in context and practiced through conversation, role-plays, and debates to ensure natural, confident use. Students develop the ability to express nuanced opinions, respond thoughtfully to challenges, and navigate complex conversations with ease. This course balances structured scripts with spontaneous discussion to prepare learners for real-life interactions at dinner parties, business meetings, or social events. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment All lessons must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson. We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. In the event of an emergency, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of ProEnglishTutors.com. 3. No-Show Policy If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, the session will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 4. Tutor Cancellations In the rare event that a tutor must cancel a lesson, the student will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the session will be issued. 5. Technical Issues Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and functional audio/video equipment. If technical issues arise on the tutor's end, a reschedule will be arranged at no extra cost. 6. Code of Conduct Students must engage respectfully and professionally during lessons. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund. 7. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued in cases where ProEnglishTutors.com is unable to provide the booked service. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.
